A large amount of scale will be produced in the long-term use of the air source heat pump hot water system, and the excessive amount will seriously affect the heating efficiency of the heat pump hot water system, resulting in high energy consumption of the air source heat pump hot water system. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the heat pump hot water system once a year before winter.
Cleaning method of air energy heat pump:
1. Before cleaning the heat pump hot water system, it is necessary to manually turn off the power supply, close the inlet valve, open the water outlet valve, open the safety valve, and rotate the drain valve anticlockwise by 90 degrees to discharge the water amount of the air energy heat pump hot water system to an appropriate amount.
2. The water storage tank stores a proper amount of water, and the water volume keeps circulating, and the outlet valve and drain valve are closed.
3. Pour the scale remover of air energy heat pump hot water system into the water storage bucket according to the ratio of 1:5-10, and circulate evenly.
4. Turn on the main engine of the air energy heat pump, cycle for 2-3 hours, and check the pH value (or Ca2 concentration) of the descaling solution. When the pH value does not change or the Ca2 concentration does not increase, add one tenth of the original cleaning dose. Test the pH value or Ca2 concentration and continue cleaning for 30 minutes. If the pH value increases or the Ca2 concentration increases, it indicates that the scale is not removed completely and needs to continue descaling. If there is no change, the scale has been removed.
5. After the scale removal of the heat pump hot water system is completed, add an appropriate amount of acid pickling neutralizer. When the pH value of the middle and waste liquid is adjusted to 7-8, open the drain valve to drain the cleaning waste liquid.
6. Close the drain valve, turn on the water supply switch, inject proper amount of clean water, and then discharge after circulating cleaning for half an hour. Repeat the above process for 2-3 times, then the cleaning is finished.
