Front desk clerk

1. Answer and transfer calls and record the contents of calls;

2. Receive visitors, do a good job in visitor registration and related reception work, familiar with tea making process;

3. Send and receive express, sort out all kinds of group letters;

4. Assist supervisor to purchase and manage office stationery and daily necessities;

5. Be responsible for coordinating with other departments to upload and release information;

6. Assist other departments to complete daily affairs, cooperate with the superior in administration and personnel work;

7. Assist to deal with the aftercare work of the employees, including office supplies, keys, data recovery, etc;

8. Assist all departments to make work arrangements during holidays, including duty arrangement, inspection of doors and windows, power off of computer, etc;

9. Assist to complete other administrative and logistics work of the office;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Good communication skills in office software. Height above 160cm, good image and temperament, good service attitude, lively and cheerful personality, hardworking.
