Product Description:

1. In addition to sus304/2B stainless steel plate for the bottom plate of the water tank, sus304/2B stainless steel standard stamping and welding is used for the side plate and top plate of the water tank. There are four types of punching plate, namely 2000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*500mm and 500mm*500mm (2000mm*1000mm is the corner molding, and welding is not required).

2. The transverse, longitudinal and oblique tensile reinforcement of the water tank are made of SUS304 stainless steel Angle and flat steel. The conventional inlet and outlet, sewage outlet and air vent are made of SUS304 stainless steel seamless pipe.

3. The bottom of the tank USES 10# channel steel as the base of the balance box.

Applicable Scope:

Widely used in factories, institutions, hotels, schools and other buildings, as drinking water, fire water and other large storage water equipment.

Operation steps:

Surface treatment: first, clean the scale on the surface of the leaking part with Angle grinder, then clean the surface with electric grinding at the right-angle weld position, carefully clean the surface with sandpaper to reveal the metal primary color, and then clean the surface with anhydrous ethanol.

Blending materials: Blend the Fuselage blue 1321 in a ratio of 3:1 and stir until there is no color difference.

Application material: brush the welding seam protection with the adjusted 1321 material, and then apply the 1321 material for large-area anti-corrosion protection.

Curing time: 24 hours /24℃ (material temperature). For every 11℃ increase in the material temperature, the curing time is reduced by half, but the rising temperature should not exceed the material's tolerance temperature.
