Components of space energy water heater:

It is mainly composed of solar collector, evaporator, compressor, condenser, thermal expansion valve storage tank and other components. On sunny days, the cold water in the water storage tank can be directly heated by microcirculation to absorb solar radiation by a solar vacuum tube collector.

When the automatic control device detects that the water temperature in the solar water tank is not up to the set value, the heat pump starts to work and, through the mixing medium, exchanges heat with the water in the tank, ultimately keeping the water temperature stable.

The working principle of the heat pump is that the energy stored in the environmental media is absorbed in the evaporator and vaporized. The evaporated refrigerant is inhaled and compressed by the compressor into high temperature and high pressure gas, and then discharged into the condenser set at the bottom of the solar water storage tank. The refrigerant vapor passes through the working medium circulation system, carries on the convection heat exchange with the water and obtains the condensation, simultaneously the water obtains the heat and raises the temperature. The working medium of the condenser flows back into the evaporator through the expansion valve or capillary throttling, thus completing a working cycle. On cloudy days or at night, the heat pump evaporator ensures the normal operation of the heat pump by absorbing the low-grade heat source in the ambient atmosphere, so as to generate hot water all day long.
